If you adore all things Latin, from sultry salsa music to exquisitely seasoned cuisine, then be sure to tango over to the French Market on Saturday, Sept. 21 to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. The day-long festivities kick off at 11 a.m. and run until 4 p.m. in the Farmers and Flea Markets, and feature two action-packed stages of hip-swaying, Latin-inspired music, specially curated by Ecos Latinos. Indulge in authentic cuisine, served up by some of the area's top Hispanic and Latino eateries, and be sure to check out the lively, Latin-influenced cultural activities. Take a break from the fiesta with a shopping spree at Latin’s Hand, where you’ll discover uniquely authentic goods from Ecuador, El Salvador, Peru, Guatemala, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.
