Join Restaurant R'evolution at Blackberry Farm for a 3 day Interactive Cooking School & Epicurean Event that includes cooking demonstrations, wine tastings & meals with pairings. November 4-7, 2012 featuring Chefs Rick Tramonto and John Folse!
The event will include cooking demonstrations by R'evolution owners Chef Folse and Chef Tramonto and Blackberry's own Chef Joseph Lenn. Participate in these demonstrations and enjoy tastings of vintage wines in the Barn Cellar.
For the final night, guests will gather for an intimate dinner prepared by Chef Folse and Chef Tramonto paired with wines from the Staglin Family Vineyard.
