NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA—Tommy’s Cuisine has announced it is now offering Sunday Brunch from 10AM until 2:30PM, featuring live music and $12 bottomless bellinis. Chef Adam Superneau has crafted a brunch menu that combines classic New Orleans dishes with world-class Italian cuisine.
The new brunch menu offers several appetizers and brunch entrees, as well as Tommy’s classic entrees. Appetizers include shrimp remoulade, crab & avocado ravigote, and salumi e formaggio. A shrimp & crab frittata, pain perdu, eggs benedict, and beef poutine hash are just a few of the brunch entrees featured. Tommy’s classics include Gulf fish capri, seafood stuffed eggplant, chicken rosemarino, and veal piccata. Bottomless $12 peach bellinis along with an extensive international wine list are available throughout brunch.
