2017 Tennessee Williams/New OrleansLiterary Festival Coming to NOLA in March!

The wait is over for Literary fans all over the city and across the country. The lineup for the 31st annual Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival is near! The lineup will announce a full listing of over 80 scheduled events at the star-studded festival. Special guests Robert Wagner and Jill St. John have been added to our diverse group as well as few special events, including an added event with Dick Cavett on Sunday. Robert Wagner is a celebrated author, actor, and producer: Hart to Hart, A Kiss Before Dying, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof with Laurence Olivier. Jill St. John is the iconic actress in Tennessee Williams’ The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone, Diamonds Are Forever, and many television appearances, and is Robert Wagner’s wife of 26 years. The annual Tennessee Williams Tribute Reading returns to The Jaxson on the River with the theme of Tennessee Williams and the Eternal City, featuring Bryan Batt, Patricia Bosworth, Dick Cavett, Michael Cerveris, Amy Dickinson, Jill St. John, and Robert Wagner sharing excerpts from Williams’ memoirs, letters he wrote while in Rome, and the imaginative writings inspired by and created during his time in Italy. The Festival’s opening night will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the closing of Storyville featuring Pamela Arcenaux, Sally Asher, and Nina Bozak in a presentation told through history, music, dance, and theater.
